Objective: To strengthen the voice of athletes throughout the Americas by increasing athlete representation in every organization and ensure their needs are met by working to increase opportunities and access to proper development and elite competitions.

To extensively review and support the Organizing Committee of the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games by offering them guidance and advice on best practices towards hosting the continent’s most important multisport event. The Commission must also routinely follow-up and ensure compliance with the Host City contract and analyze the effectiveness of each Functional Area of the Games.

Objective: To responsibly uphold the Code of Ethics established based on the values and principles stated in the Olympic Charter of which the said Code forms an integral part. The Commission will investigate complaints raised in relation to the violation of such ethical principles including breaches of the Code of Ethics and, if necessary, propose sanctions to the Panam Sports Executive Board.
