Objective: Commission in charge of ensuring good governance and Olympic values of all our members of Panam Sports, and above all to guarantee these factors in all events and activities of our organization.
Objective: To ensure the implementation of initiatives to support the NOCs in the creation and development of structures that promote a safe environment. This includes the organization of meetings and forums, training programs and communications on this important topic.

Objective: Commission in charge of the planning and execution of ideas and sustainable projects for all activities organized by Panam Sports, especially the Pan American Games, institutional events and Training Camps.

Objective: To strengthen the voice of athletes throughout the Americas by increasing athlete representation in every organization and ensure their needs are met by working to increase opportunities and access to proper development and elite competitions.

Objective: To propose to the Executive Committee the best way to realize and finance the 2025 Junior Pan American Games which will be held in order to further develop the next generation of Panam Sports athletes.

Objective: To advise, coordinate and implement the technical details of all sporting events under Panam Sports purview.

Objective: To ensure the best use of Continental Olympic Solidarity, World Olympic Solidarity, and Pan American Olympic Solidarity funds that ensure the growth and development of all 41 member countries.

Objective: To strengthen the voice and representation of women in sports leadership positions throughout the continent and ensure constant growth towards greater equality at all organizations and sporting events.

Objective: To integrate private resources into the modernization and growth of Panam Sports as a worldwide brand while developing and implementing a marketing plan that solicits sponsorship and investment in Panam Sports that ensures a positive return on investment.

Objective: To responsibly monitor all medical and anti-doping procedures prior to and during the Pan American Games while also proposing ways for Panam Sports to help develop sports medicine practices and doping controls in each of the member countries.

Objective: To oversee and propose the sport program for all sporting events of the Organization and ensure greater Olympic qualification opportunities for the athletes of the Americas who compete at the Pan American Games.

Objective: To ensure the compliance of the Constitution and Statutes of the Pan American Sports Organization and ratify approval of the content and fulfillment of all contract agreements signed by the Organization.

Objective: To responsibly control the annual expenses of Panam Sports, oversee the Panam Sports reserve fund operated by Credit Suisse and propose investment strategies.

Objective: To ensure and safeguard the values of the Olympic and Pan American Games while honoring the traditions of Pan American sport.

Objective: To oversee and propose the recognition and honors for sport leaders who have achieved excellence in the Olympic Movement of the Americas and nominate the athletes who will be honored at the Panam Sports Awards for their performances at the previous Pan American Games.
