Sucre, April 2, 2024.- We are only 48 hours away from the opening of the First Bolivarian Youth Games 2024, and the most important details of the opening ceremony that will take place at 7:00 p.m. (local time) at the Patria Stadium in the bolivian city, are already beginning to be known.

The Organizing Committee has already confirmed the presence of the highest authority of the country, the Bolivian President, Luis Arce, in addition to important government, regional and communal authorities.

The ceremony will be divided into two parts. The first of them will feature the Bolivarian ballet and more than 700 students from Sucre. In charge of the interpretation of the Bolivian national anthem will be the renowned local singer Ana Calvimontes and another composition by Gaby Romero.

In the second part, the delegations will participate in the traditional Athlete Parade, starting with Chile, and then Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Peru, Venezuela and finally, the host country Bolivia.

After that, will come the speech of the President of ODEBO, Baltazar Medina, the oath of athletes and officials, and then give way to the official lighting of the Cauldron that will be in charge of the World Champion and also Pan American Champion in Santiago 2023 in racquetball, Conrado Moscoso.

Finally, the popular Bolivian artist, winner of the 2023 Male Artist of the Year in the Bolivian Awards, Luis Vega, promises a show that will make the entire stadium and the people who will follow the broadcast through the Panam Sports Channel dance.
