LIVE ON PANAN SPORTS CHANNEL: MOROCCO GETS READY TO HOST THE WORLD’S BEST ATHLETES

The third round of the 2026 Diamond League will take place this Sunday, May 31, in Rabat, Morocco, and has already confirmed the participation of some of the world’s top athletes. Among them are Panam Sports athletes Anderson Peters of Grenada, Keshorn Walcott of Trinidad and Tobago, Rajindra Campbell of Jamaica, and Olympic and world shot put champion Ryan Crouser of Team USA. And who’s broadcasting it live? The Panam Sports Channel, of course.

After two spectacular events on the Asian continent, specifically in China, the Diamond League returns to Africa with the Mohammed IV International Meeting in Rabat, Morocco.

This Sunday, May 31, starting at 2:00 p.m. ET, the Panam Sports Channel will bring all the excitement of this international track and field tournament, which already features confirmed appearances by top athletes, Olympic champions, and world champions.

Among them is three-time Olympic and world shot put champion Ryan Crouser of Team USA, who is seeking redemption after finishing third in Xiamen. He’ll face the surprising Rajindra Campbell of Jamaica, a gold medalist in China with a throw of 22.34 meters—a new national record—and his longtime rival Joe Kovacs, currently ranked No. 1 in the world.

The javelin throw will also be a spectacle in its own right. The top athletes from the Americas, Anderson Peters of Grenada and Keshorn Walcott of Trinidad and Tobago, will face a tough battle to reach the podium.

In the 200-meter dash, Olympic champion Leslie Tebogo will face stiff competition from Kenneth Bednarek of the USA, Andrea de Grasse, and Aaron Brown of Canada. It’s an event that promises to be explosive in Morocco.

All eyes will also be on the 800-meter race, where Kenya fields its top representative in the distance, Olympic and world champion Emanuel Wanyonyi.

The women’s pole vault will feature the season’s No. 1 and No. 2 Americans, Kate Moon and Sandi Morris, battling neck and neck for gold.

Everything—absolutely everything—will be on the Panam Sports Channel, with commentary by Soledad Bacarreza.
