The Panam Sports Executive Committee expresses its full support for the athletes of Ukraine, who have been impacted by the tragic invasion of their country. We believe in the principles of Olympism that place sport at the service of promoting a peaceful and harmonious society and recognize the fundamental principles of the Olympic Charter that support inclusion, non-discrimination, and the political neutrality of sport.

In light of these principles, the Panam Sports Executive Committee expects clear and strict criteria relating to any possible inclusion of neutral athletes holding Russian or Belarusian passports in international sport.
